Welcome to Exotic Banners!

We require 70% deposit before production begins and balance on collection.
We will only start production after payment reflects in our account.
We will not release portion of goods ordered until full payment is made.
Payment mistakenly deposited into our account shall be returned to the account that
originally initiated it (and that could take 3 working days). There will be a 25% surcharge on
such payment before refund.
Rush orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
There will be 20% fee for rush orders (rush orders are order required within 2 days).

Refund policy

Rushed job: we accept no refund for rushed job. And we accept no liability beyond your ordered
invoice.
Refund can be done in the original payment method.
We reserve the right to require you to provide proof of identity before processing any
refund or guarantee.
Client can only get full refund if no work has been done (no design / edit or job sent to print).
There is 15% admin fee on any cancelled job after payment has been made.
Customer will not be entitled for refund after approving artwork and making payment.

 

Cookies

Return Policy

A client may return goods within 3 working days of delivery or date of collection.
Goods can only be rejected if errors exceeds 3% square meterage.
The customer will not be entitled to return or exchange any goods if the goods are not in
original form collected (either by client or courier), meaning they were used partially /
physically altered.

The customer cannot return goods damaged in transit by courier company.

 

Artwork

We advise all our clients to use Wetransfer to send vector format artworks to us and send us the link, we will not be held liable for depreciated images sent to us using whatsapp. If you need assistance with your design, our in-house design team is ready to help. We require your logo in high quality vector PDF format; pixelated logos are not accepted. If needed, we can redraw your logo for a fee. We aim to provide you with top quality designs in the shortest possible time.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to match the colors in your artwork if you do not provide us with pantone color codes. 

For clients that are colour conscious and or for large production, a printed sample must either be signed off by you or a signed acknowledgement document must be sent to us confirming that we can proceed with production.

Accepted Artwork Formats

When submitting your artwork for printing, please make sure that it is in one of the following formats:

Encapsulated Post Script File (.eps),

Corel Draw (.cdr),

Adobe Illustrator (.ai),

or Portable Document File (.pdf).

These formats will produce the best results and avoid any potential issues when printing. Thank you for your cooperation!

When creating your images, make sure to set them to a minimum size of 300dpi. This will ensure that they are high enough quality to be printed. If you are unable to supply your images in300dpi, you can also supply them in vector format.

Images

We require images in high resolution in order to create artwork. We do not deep etch images. Our design fee starts from R200 in case we receive your logo in high resolution, depending on time required to create design proofs.
